Our document scanning packages are intended for documents that can go through a sheet feeder. These are for large quantities of documents on standard paper size that are not fragile. We do offer invoiced scanning services for fragile documents or documents that are not on standard sized paper.

Quality Scans at Your Preferred Resolution
300 DPI (Dots Per Inch)
Our standard resolution, perfect for professional document scanning. At 300 DPI, your documents maintain clarity, making them ideal for printing, sharing digitally, or archiving. Whether it’s contracts, invoices, or family letters, this resolution strikes the right balance between image quality and file size.
600 DPI (High Detail)
For documents that are had written where the pen strokes are just as important as the words written, we recommend using 600DPI scanning. This will allow you to reproduce basically an identical document.
1200 DPI +
For Exceptional Clarity: While not limited to delicate items, our 1200 DPI + scans are reserved for those who seek the utmost precision. Use it when you want every nuance preserved—whether it’s an old family recipe, child's artwork, or a cherished love letter. Keep in mind that 1200 DPI + scans take longer, require more storage space, and are billed individually due to the care and time involved. They are only available through invoiced scanning at this time.
Damaged Documents: A Special Approach
Individual Billing for Very Damaged Documents
We understand that some documents arrive with tears, stains, or fragility. Our experts handle them with utmost care, ensuring each page is scanned delicately. Due to the extra attention required, very damaged documents are billed individually. Rest assured, we treat these artifacts as precious relics, preserving their essence while digitizing them. Damaged documents are only available through invoiced scanning at this time.
